I'm so sorry I missed you by phone today. The A to Z Claim Department sent you an email with the return address of the seller.

We recommend following these best practices to be sure that the seller receives your package:
-- Include the order number and any return authorization number on or inside the package (112-3189495-9220267).
-- Insure the package.
-- Use a signature confirmation delivery service.

If you do not use a trackable delivery method to return your order and the seller does not provide a refund, we may not be able to cover your order under the A-to-z Guarantee.
Within 3 business days, please reply to this email with the delivery details for your return, including any tracking information. If we do not hear from you within the next 3 business days, we may close your claim until you provide us with the return delivery information.

Take the drone to the USPS, or whatever is convenient for you, so you can get a return tracking number. After you have shipped the return back to the seller, use the email from the A to Z Department and reply to them with the return tracking number. You need to do this by Tuesday, June 14th. I will call you on Tuesday June 14th and note the tracking number on the order, so I can watch it as well and I will refund you for whatever you had to pay in return shipping costs.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I send you defective battery per your suggestion and I did not received from you knew good one. I purchase new battery (TB48) as a backup and start to connect with Inspire.
I follow all rules procedure and user manual how to unlock travel mode to put camera on. I started with transmitter and I power the battery. I get connected with Inspire as back light start fleshing and have study green light at the back of Inspire but Inspire is not lifting gear up. It look like that Inspire is defective as well.
