Claimant says:
"I am not happy with the customer service at all. There estimation was about 675$to repair existing system. When they came to do the repair, an additional $65 was added due to a wire they said that was needed to fix the timer. I have persisted with one of the guys that there were missing some sprinklers on the left front side of my house. His answer was that they did not install a sprinkler in that area, he is only repairing what is there already. Since the area needed at least one sprinkler, I asked Daniel to out an extension for me in that area. He charged me 60$ for it which makes it a total of 800$ paid in full. After a few days, I realized water pouring on my drive way which came in that same area that the extension was installed. I called several time to fix it and telling them that i was charged 60$ for no reason since there was an existing system there. No one showed up on the appointment scheduled but I realized that they installed a sprinkler on the existing opening and left the extension tube out to the open on my lawn. Called again and left messages no one bothered to come fix the work that I over paid for. I paid 800$ since June 5th and only used my sprinkler for about a week or so. Still cant use it because that $60 unnecessary extension is pouring water on my driveway and look ridiculous in front of my house. They guy that answers the phone (954-757-1928) was rude, acting like he is doing me a favor and Daniel (954-865-0775) will just hang up on you when he realizes who is calling. They don't even answer my phone calls anymore. It's so disrespectful.At last, I tried to face them at their address listed at 8403 NW 20th pl coral springs fl; it is a residency area not a business place. I felt that i have been ripped off because I paid $800 to repair my sprinkler system that I used for about a week. I should be waiting for them to fix what I paid in full for. Business like this should be shut down."
