Claimant says:
"I had my backyard sodded with plants placed around on June 27, 2017. It looked beautiful when done. I paid Gary the owner of Affordable Landscaping in Boynton Beach $800.for the work by check by his request made check out to his name Gary Brackfield rather then the company name. I followed all of Gary's instructions to spread 666 and water 15mins a day. About 3 weeks later one of the plants had died, I phoned Gary and he said that he would come out and replace it. I never heard from him. By mid August everything died. I phoned him and he said I must be doing somethin wrong. I asked him what he had placed under the sod and he stated nothing. He stated that that I must be doing somethin wrong.I phoned another company Atlantis Outdoor Services to come out in early Sept. and look and Ron the owner came out and told me that the job was not done correctly and that my yard has fungus and grass and plants are all dead. He said the only thing to do is to re sod the proper way top soil should of been placed below the new sod. Ron told me that he could do it properly for $600. as it is a small area.I spoke with Gary on 9/21/17 and explained the above, he said that he is not responsible for the yard dying and said it was due to over watering. I told him that we followed his instruction and that we were told that the work was not don properly. Would he please come out and look. At that point he started to yell at me and said YOUR NOT GOING TO PIN THIS ON ME. He refused to come out and insisted that he had nothing to do with the yard  dying. I said we paid you $800. for a service that did not last and he replied yellin again NOT MY FAULT YOU OVERWATERED  and then he hung up on me. We feel that due to the fact that he never came back to see what was wrong he is just assuming overwatering. I have gotten in touch with the BBB & contacted Channel 7 news . On Oct .1,2017 Gary left a message on our phone YOU CAN GO ON WITH WHAT YOU ARE DOING BUT YOU OVERWATERED AND KILLED EVERYTHING.
We had the work redone by Atlantis Outdoor  on Sept.28,2017 for $600. and as of today it is perfectly fine."

"this is not true BBB resolved issue fungicide distroyed her landscaping not affordable landscaping this customer can be sued for false claims as your company can be sued too please erase this online or further action will follow gary affordable landscaping thank you"
