"360 remodeling betray their customers by getting them to buy there product by telling them There windows are energy sufficient and that you would save up to 40% on your energy bill and that the windows will keep your house warmer during the winter and cooler during the summer.
Well this is far from being true because this summer my house was hotter than it has ever been.
They are giving their customers false advertisement and this is not right. I want something done about this"

    "The windows are not an air conditioner. If you run your AC and compare your bill to the same month year prior to having new windows installed. You will see up to a 40% less cost for the AC usage portion. You claim to us that you feel you should no longer have to run your AC because of the windows. We never told you or gave you anything saying this, again the windows are not an air conditioner. "
