Claimant says:
"On December 13. 2015 I took a king size merino wool blanket to be dry cleaned at my $2.50 Quality Cleaners. I picked it up a week or so later and discovered that they shrunk it to smaller than twin size. I took it back to the cleaners to complain and to get restitution. The employee; Sam Singh; gave me a slip and said he would discuss it with the owner a Mr. Gill, who would call me in a couple of days. I made several attempts to contact him by phone and by going into the store, but no one could give me any further information than, he would call me. I sent him a registered letter on January 4th, 2016 and gave him a week to contact me. I went into the store January 11th to talk to someone and find out what Mr. Gill was going to do about replacing or repairing my blanket and was told that the matter had been turned over to their attorney, who would be calling me. It's has been nearly 30 days I have been dealing with this matter and wish to file a complaint about them. I am NOT a satisfied customer."
