"To whom it may concern. I brought my 2004 jetta to find out why my car was running with for pistons failing and a report and when they had the car for 7 hours i was charged 1,055 for a sensor and a report. To top it off they gave me my keys back because the car wouldnt start back up. i feel i was charged for service that they didn't fix the problem . i work hard for my money and i feel i was ripped off. How come do these ppl do and get away with this and say to me have a nice day?"

  • it was the 4rth piston was missfireing because feul was not getting to the last piston you ppl didnt even notice that when the car was in the bay.
    it needed a new feul pump . but to charge me a grand for only a sensor and a daignostic report does not justify $750 witch should have gone for parts if needed . i had to look for a spacialist to findr out what was the problem and it cost me a lot less to find out and at least get it fixed . this is what is all about right charge for the right service this was not right . if you were in my shoes you see this was not far buisnes practice i work hard for my $$ and i feel like i got ripped off when i got the car back and not even start for you assistent . As a matter of fack i was told it would cost me $535 more when i put in for another appointment. i want my money back only then i will be whole .
