    Complaint Types: "I just feel ripped off."

    Claimant says: Entity took control of my computer claiming to offer computer security called XP Security 2012. Uses Microsoft XP windows-type banner and coloring. Charged me $79.95 to essentially release my computer and alegedly protect me from further service interruption. Trouble is I cannot find that company on the internet. Please advise*

    Claimant says: I paid for their computer security and it does not work, it is not even on my computer anywhere. I paid $59.95 for this product on 1/6/2012 and I'm not happy about this company or the product that they ripped me off for. I would like my money back.*

    Claimant says: they took control of my computer and wouldn't let me go on to the internet untill i had them "update" with Windows something (dont remember) looked offical. I was charged
    89.90 to have control of my computer again. It looks like I am not the only one.*
