Claimant says: I bought a lap top computer fromm HHgregg along with the extended warranty. The screen went blank and I took it to the store for repair. The store stated that under the warranty the computer had to shipped to the repair center. Claimant says: I bought a lap top computer fromm HHgregg along with the extended warranty. The screen went blank and I took it to the store for repair. The store stated that under the warranty the computer had to shipped to the repair center. The store started the repair procedure and a shipping box was sent to my address to ship the computer to the service center. I packed the computer in the box provided and shipped it under the lable provided. Later I receive the computer back with a note saying the computer was broken from being dropped. When I took the computer to the store originnaly the computer was not broken nor was any mention that the computer would not be covered under warranty due to it being broken from a fall. It had to be broken sometime from the time it was shipped to the time the company received it. The box the company sent me to ship the computer in did not have protection on the sides as the box the computer was sent back to me broken had. The box it was sent back in completly covered the edges and top of the computer. Hhgregg should have taken the computer when I took it to the store origimmaly and taken respondsibility for it at that time. I should have been put in the pos* ...less
