I have emailed Yelp SEVERAL times about this this issue and NOTHING is being done as far as taking the comments down. We are a new business and every comment good or bad affects our business. I have PROOF that this IS the ex-employee's husband and brother that put up false reviews and are saying that I said thing that I did not. I called Yelp and did what they told me by addressing the "reviewer" (even though I KNOW that it is an ex employees spouse. I also have been directing my happy customers to the Yelp Site who ARE actual Yelpers, however, they have filtered over 18 comments out and stll have that 1 START comment up, and the other bad as well as the other 15 good are filtered. I was explained that the reviewer must be "trustworthy" however, this is NOT the case becasue the Name Frank B is a person who signed up that day and reviewed that day and has not ever reviewed on Yelp ever again. And meanwhile I have SEVERAL Real Yelpers and REAL reviews that have been reviewed with no explanation. When I did contact Yelp about my disappointment they told me that "it was not their area of the business', and they then proceeded to try to sell me an Advertising Acount. I told them I want an investigation and I have proof that the 3-1 Start reviews of them bashing the OWNER (which to anyone would be an obvious flag as being a disgruntled employee). However, they will still not budge and now they have taken EVERYTHING and "FILTERED" it a all except that Damaging 1 Star Comment targets me as the "owner',and puting in false accusations. I understand that businesses have good and bad reviews and accept that, however, if I know for a fact and have proof that these are malicious attacks on me and my business, I will defend this. Like I said, if Yelp is supposedly following their rules about the "Trustworthy Yelpers" then FRANK B (which is ex-employees husband), needs to be taken off and put the actual REAL yelpers who have said wonderful things. Even if you go to our Facebook page there are over 30 comments of very happy customers, and if you read the 18 Filtered Reviews you will notice that the GREAT Reviews with 5 Stars from REAL Yelpers have been filtered out. I honestly think YELP is doing this to force me to purchase an ad campaign through them which is a HUGE Intetgritiy Issue within their organization! Yelp is a horrible company that just loves to put up bad/unjust/fake reviews and dismisissing the real positive reviews. My next step is to get an attorney to fix these ridiculous comments, I refuse to accept the ridiculous explanations from Yelp that COMPLETELY contradict themselves. I WANT THESE FAKE FRAUDELENT REVIEWS TARGETING THE OWNER TAKEN DOWN. And I have over 15 REAL REVIEWS From Yelpers that I believe NEED to be put back up.* ...less

If this was your mother whos was 83 years old..... You would be mad as well ... Guess what, yelp Filtered my bad review.... not only once but three times.. So AAA must be some kind of member who pays them something.. This is so irritating when ever I hear some of our clients ...or would have been client, say well I'm very leery because of the yelp reviews... I can only imagine all the people who viewed us on yelp and did not even let us explain the filtered review and did not call us...I could see if yelp knew these bad reviews were actual run that we did.. For all they know it's done by a competitor of ours to hurt our bookings and go with them.. Why are we a 5 star company on Limos.com with not one bad review.. that says a lot .. Limos.com gives us 97% of our leads and check every review before publishing them as far as actual bookings.. Yelp claims they have some special program that filters unreal reviews.. How is that even possible??? If it really worked .. they would not have posted the Laufeete girl who posted a bad review, It was Club Mobil Party bus that did her run and messed it up.. He told us he was gonna get that cleared up for us.. Obviously never happened...I've looked every where to contact yelp personally .. no way are they gonna be contacted.. no way of getting in contact besides some email that a robot also answers to and never got a response...* ...less

The customer refused to cooperate, and continued in a rude manner. Now if the customer was not satisfied with her haircut, sharon would have been more than happy to accommodate her. The client demonstrated an inability to convey what kind of hair style she wanted, and if you read the script , she has a problem with writing,and expressing those thoughts on paper . In conclusion, If the customer was not happy with her haircut, she should have let sharon know of that fact, but instead she went as far as giving sharon a tip. This customer could not wait to get home to discredit this small business. Now the problem I have with Yelp is not reviewing this complaint, and leaving it on for months, people do read this kind of trash, and it has a tendency to discredit this business which has a high standard among the community as well as other business located there. Claimant says: All Positive posts are filtered while negative ones are displayed. Yelp does not respond to numerous attempts to contact them so I can gain an understanding as to why positive comments are filtered. Disgruntled employees have posted fake reviews and they appear. Yelp needs to display the good comments. *
