    Claimant says: I ordered and received a floor lamp from Target On-line. The web site stated(and still does) it comes with bulbs. It did not. I contacted Target and told them of the problem. They disputed their own web site and explained they could be of no further service. It is a matter of principle, not money. I would like to receive an apology and three bulbs. The item #508991.*
