Tmobile states im out of my 14 day trail period, but i was advised today by thier rep my sims card sent activated so basicly my phone is active before i ever even recived it. I feel Tmobile lied as to what services they could offer and was concerned with making a sale!I have tried everything they stated would resolve my issues and been on thier time frame. Unless i want to wait 2 months for new towers im bond by a contract! I have spoke with a supervisor who stated they cannot let me out of the contract simply becuase of the time frame! So in a attempt to keep services and allow them to try and resolve the issue, Im now to be punished? I feel i should be refunded and release from my contract.* ...less

Claimant says: Signed up for internet device for my computer. It never worked properly. After numerous trips back to store of purchase it never was resolved. i canceled that service but not my daughters or my phone service. They wanted to charge a 200.00dollar early termination fee. In april I received a billing statement regarding the old plan and again in May. So i was a little ticked because I had to call to find out what was going on. I got Christen (#3829260) in customer service and told her that apparently they were still recognizing my old plan and I felt they had breached my contract and that i wanted to cancel. She immediatly went into the system and found that the new plan was never initiated, so she immediately activated the new plan. I asked her why she did that because I had asked her to cancel my contract because of the breach and I did not feel I had to pay the cancellation fee. She preceded to tell me I had to fax, e-mail or write a letter disputing the fee. This call was made on 5/22/12 beginning at 10 o'clock. If I had not called who knows how long it would of taken to find out their mistake. I'm 76 years old and I don't need all this hassle and to do your business for you. I acted in good faith, they did not. Your assistance in this matter will be appreciated.
