    Claimant says: I purchased a lifetime subscription to XM radio a year and a half ago for over $500.00 and was told I could transfer this up to three times if I purchased a differnt car. On December 31, 2011 I purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento and called to have my radio transfered to the new car. I am now out $500.00 and a lifteime subscription! I was promply told they couldn't transfer it and my money was not refundable.*
