Needless to say I will never buy from Sears again nor use their services again and most definitely will not recommend anyone to use them for services or products. Oh the issue was dealt with by Sears... here is what they did .. the man in charge of that section of Sears name is Chris and ... even though we didn't want a refund that is what he did ... so no we aren't out the money but we will never deal with Sear again since we made our order paid for it then waited weeks without the benefit of the order... Most disgusting was the fact that the man they sent out TWICE (same man) could NOT measure correctly for a filter. Upon our requesting they send someone out who could properly measure we were informed our money was being refunded .. Sears blew us off without concern of our wishes. It is clear to me Sears had NO regard for Customer Service .. and that is sad after all the years it took to build a name such as Sears.So you see, the resolution by Sears was to blow us off and return our money we had to go elsewhere for our filter and I am not satisfied with the product we purchased .. sorry Sears you lost a sale and a customer and any good reference from us!* ...less
