    Claimant says: I found Quicken Loans on a Military Site.

    Applied for mortgage refinance, was charged $400 upfront for an appraisal. The appraiser comes back and estimates my house 80k under the value and 50k under the tax estimate.

    Apparently Quicken Loans did not know about the market area or didn't care. They judge the loan on the appraisal and you credit score. When turned down they did not even mail me ...more
