    Claimant says: After getting home with the new computer that I had purchased, I knowest that not all of the data had been transfered to the new computer. Again I returned to the store and ask why this had happened. I was informed that I had some corrupt data, and it wouldn't transfere. So I asked for some money back, and was informed that the deal was already complete, and nothing could be done.*

    Claimant says: It is noteworthy, that OfficeMax had two opportunities to service the unit properly - prior to delivery last September, they performed the pre-delivery set up and the second time described in my complaint. Not only did they not service the unit properly and refused the refund, they suggested that I go elsewhere - which I did. I took the computer to Office Depot and it works perfectly.
