After receiving them I called the tech and told him they were here. He tried them but they did not work. He did not call me back. I called him a couple days later and told him the computer was not working. I asked for the manager and told him to give my money back. He said he could not do that but he would put a tech on who would repair it. The tech worked about ten minutes and told me he could not repair it, the computer needed a new modem and he doesn't do that and I just needed to go out and buy a new computer because a new modem would cost too much. I sent the computer out to be fixed. A new modem was installed, my computer works fine now. It only cost me two hundred dollars. I dont think they know how to repair computersbecause they never repaired the computer.* ...less

Claimant says: On Sept 12, 2012 we called 1-800-229-9895 to resolve problems with our computer. We paid $131.99 for 30 days of computer technical assistance. Since then we have called them 9 times only to be put on hold and never received assistance even after being on the line for over an hour. We also were given the option to leave a message and that they would return our call but have never heard from them.*
