Claimant says: Beware dealing with National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh PA. The Customer service department has no clue as to what it is doing, your claim will be lost or mis-filed and they will stall as long as possible not to pay the claim. Even the Senior Underwriters have no Customer Service savvy.*
