THE BUILDING WAS STANDING WHEN I EXITED THE HOUSE, WHEN I RETURNED IT WAS TO THE GROUND. I IMMEDIATEDLY CALLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY LIBERTY MUTUAL. I INTIALLLY SPOKE TO A CARLA BECKETTE SHE TOOK ALL MY INFORMATION AND GAVE ME A CLAIM # 023826266, SHE STATED SHE CAN BE REACHED AT THIS TELE # (800)318-6572. THEN ON 8/27/12 ANOTHER REPRESENTATIVE CALLED ME BY THE OF ASHLEY HOLMES (866) 823-9636X16844, SHE STATED SOMEONE WILL BE CALLING ME IN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. I CALLED TO SPEAK TO SOMEOME EVERY DAY. I FELT LIKE I WAS BEING MISHANDLED BY LIBERTY MUTUAL. I EXPRESS TO THE ASHLEY HOLMES WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG TO GET SOMEONE TO MY TO INSPECT THE BARN. SHE STATED TO THEY ARE WORKING EVERYDAY 7 DAYS A WEEK AND DUE TO THE WEATHER CONDITIONS. I CALLED MS. HOLMES ON 8/29, 8/30, 8/31 SHE STATED THEY WILL BE WORKING ON 9/3/12. FINALLY A REP FROM LIBERTY MUTUAL CALLED ME BY THE NAME FACIAL HYPER STATING HE WILL SEND A INSURANCE ADJUSTER OUT IMMEDIATELY HE CALLED 9/5/12, HIS TELE # (800)318-6572X7277714. THE ADJUSTER CALLED AND SHE STATED SHE WOULD BE AT MY HOME 9/9/12 AT 10:30AM, SHE ARRIVED AT 12:45PM DUE TO AN INSPECTION SOMEWHERE ELES TOOK LONGER. SHE STATED SHE HAS 48 HR TO GET IT TO FACIAL HYPER AND TO CALL HIM OR HE WILL CALL ME ON THURSDAY. MY HYPER CALLED ME AND STATED THAT THE BUILDING FINDINGS HE AGREE WITH AND THAT THE BUILDING HAD ROTTEN WOOD, AND IT WAS OLD AND IT LOOK IT WAS GOING TO COLLAPSE. I CONTINUED TO TALK, I WAS ANGRY AT THIS TIME. MY FACIAL HYPER WAS UNPROFESSIONAL IN HIS EXPRESSING TO ME REGARDING MY INSURANCE. HE STATED TO THE DOESN'T HAVE TIME TO SIT DOWN AND EXPLAIN A 40 PAGE POLICY TO ME, THAT'S MY JOB. I INDICATED NO ONE CAME TO MY HOME AND INSPECTED THE PROPERTY TO GIVE MY ACCURATE INSURANCE. MR. HYPER KEPT STATING I WILL SEND THE DOCUMENTS IN THE MAIL. HE STATED THAT THEY WILL PAY NOTHING ON MY CLAIM. I'VE BEEN WITH LIBERTY MUTUAL MORE THAN 3 YEARS. I FELT I SHOULD'VE RECEIVE MORE PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE THAT I RECEIVED. MR. HYPER WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSI0NAL TO ME THE CUSTOMER. I FELT AT THE TIME I RECEIVED THE INSURANCE THEY INSURED MY BUILDING FOR $25,000 THEY SHOULD HONOR THE CLAIM. ALL THESE YEARS I'M PAYING INSURANCE PREMIUM FOR WHAT NOT TO GET THE HELLLLLLLP I NEED IN MY TIME OF NEED. THE BUILDING IS LAYING DOWN IS MANTEL AND IT'S A ULGY SITE. THEY STATE I'M NOT ENTITLED TO ANY INSURANCE MONIES TO HELP ME WITH CLEAN UP, REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF MY BARN WHICH WAS 10X37 10FT HIGH. I NEED HELLLLP NOW. MY QUESTION IS IF MY BUILDING WASN'T INSURABLE WHY DIDN'T SOMEONE COME TO MY HOME TO INSPECT THE PROPERTY CORRECTLY AND LET ME KNOW WHAT COULD OR COULD NOT BE INSURED. LIBERTY MUTUAL DIDN'T TREAT ME FAIRLY IN THE CLAIM PROCESS. I WANT SOMEONE TO ASSIST ME IN GETTING MY CLAIM MONEY AMOUNT FOR MY BARN THAT COLLAPSED DUE TO THE WEATHER CONDITION. I ALSO PLACED MY FENCE ON THE CLAIM AS WELL. I ASO ASKED TO SPEAK TO MR. HYPER SUPERVISOR JUSTINA HARRIS (800) 318-6572x84612. I CALLED HER AND SHE DID RETURN MY CALL, SHE WASN'T IN THE OFFICE AT THE TIME SHE HAD SOMEONE ELSE TO SPEAK TO THAT DAY. MS HARRIS CALLED ME BACK FOR THE SECOND TIME, AND SHE SAID SHE'LL CALL ME ON MONDAY 9/17/12. PLEASE HELP ME GET THE MONEY I'AM ENTITLED TO FOR MY BUILDING THAT IS NO LONGER ON THE PROPERTY THAT WAS INSURED BY LIBERTY MUTUAL.* ...less

Claimant says: we cancelled our insurance with liberty mutual a month ago and they said that we still owe them $481. we had automatic payment deductions set up from our credit union account and they've been taken these payments on time for more than three years. they take these payments on or around the first of every month. we called them and gave advance notice of our desire to cancell and requisted they stop taken these payments whitch they did on the day our new policy with allstate took effect. all of a sudden we recieved that bill i mentioned above. their explanation is that our account was in arrears for some time, something we had no knowledge of and never were told about. we were up to date till the day of the switch as far as the payments. we've been with liberty for more than 19 years and always thought we are on time. they are threatning to turn this bill to collections soon. we strongly believe that we paid all that we owed them and that it is wrong for them to treat us this way and, if anything, it's their fault that they keep their records the way they do. thank for the help. taher and crystal zarti. e-mail: crystal_zarti@trihealth.com* ...less
