A YEAR PAST WHEN NEW CARDS WERE ISSUED THE MANAGER OF THE LONG BEACH LOCATION SAT WITH ME TOOK MY PHOTO, PUT IN ALL OF THE CORRECT INFORMATION ON THE COMPUTOR AND TOLD ME IT WOULD BE COMPLETE. I NEVER WAS EBEN CONTACTED EVEN BY EMAIL THAT A PROBLEM WAS EXISTING YET LAFITNESS SEEM TO SEND ME THEIR NEW RATES BY EMAIL THAT HAD INCREASED IF WE WANTED TO CONTINUE OR BECOME A NEW MEMBER. NOW I CANNOT GO TO THE GYM AND I HAVE MADE TWO CALLS TO THE MEMBER SERVICES AND GET NOTHING BUT A RUNAROUND, THAT SORRY YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE A NEW MEMBERSHIP AT A HIGHER COST JUST LIKE A NEW MEMBER. THIS IS THE MOST OUTRAGES TREATMENT TO LONG TIME MEMBERS JUST TO GET THEIR NEW MEMBERSHIP HIGHER FEES THAT DO NOT EVEN JUSTIFY THE CONDITION THEY KEEP THE CLUB IN AT THE LONG BEACH LOCATON PARTICULARLY. I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THE MANAGERS NAME (RUBY) THAT INSERTED THE NEW INFORMATION ONE YEAR AGO AFTER MY LOCKER HAD BEEN BROKEN INTO AND EVERYTHING STOLEN INSIDE. I DOUBT THAT LA FITNESS WILL EVEN CARE TO RESOLVE THE COMPLAINT BUT I WILL MAKE SURE THAT ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES CANCEL THEIR MEMBERSHIPS AND GO TO OTHER CLUBS FOR THE TREATMENT AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS CLUB GIVES TO LOBG TIME MEMBERS.
