Claimant says: i bought a dress from this company jenjen house on the internet for $179.00, my size 12 US I ordered. I received my dress, it did not fit, that was the moment that I realized that I could not call them, that they are in China so I E-mailed them and told them the problem and I'm still waiting for a response. I paid them with my credit card. PLEASE if someone can help because they will be doing it to other people. THANK YOU.*

When the dress arrived the first thing we noticed is that the beading on the front was falling off before even trying it on. Claimant says: I ordered a dress from this company for my daughters homecoming. When the dress arrived the first thing we noticed is that the beading on the front was falling off before even trying it on. Secondly, the color of the beading was not what was shown in the picture on the website, it was suppose to be silver in color but was some ugly brown and gold color! After contacting them several times, via their online ticketing system, and following their return policy instructions exactly as they are stated on their website, I have yet to receive the necessary return authorization form required to return the dress and receive credit for the dress! My last attempt in receiving this information I received the following response from them: "Thanks for your reply! We do appreciate your business. You have to understand that each of our dress is made from scratch after the order is placed. So our return policy is different from those off-the-rack. We would accept the return only when the dress is defective, wrong size or wrong color. But we do want to give you a satisfactory solution. Therefore, we have been trying to apply for a better solution. After discussing with our manager, we are willing to refund you 35% of the dress value. Hope we could meet halfway.No where in their return policy do they state that it has to be off the rack in order to return and the dress was defective since the beading was falling off! I do not want this dress, nor do I have a need for it any longer, due to the quality issues with the dress, I have had to purchase another dress for the event it was intended for. I just want them to live up to their own return policy and provide me the required information in order to return the dress and refund me my full payment for the dress!* ...less
