Claimant says: I have been attempting to resolve late charges ($104.00) each month which has accumulated since 2004. I all started when I was deployed with the Army, unfortunately due to being away from home my financial situation changed. Even at that particular time I have never been late on my mortgage. I all started when I was deployed with the Army, unfortunately due to being away from home my financial situation changed. Even at that particular time I have never been late on my mortgage. I have tried to communicate by phone and by letters but still unable to resolve this issue. I can't find access to communicate by web site, and I have asked "HSBC" for an e-mail address. I tried discuss ways to stop late fees and because I pay on time there isn't a program to assist with my astronomical amount of late fees ($7000.00 plus). I unfortunately do not have the extra cash to pay an extra payment. They say I'm a loyal customer and really wish they could help, at least when I'm able to speak to someone who speaks "ENGLISH."I would rather donate the $7000.00 to charity, then to HSBC " GREEDY BASTARDS!"* ...less
