Claimant says: Cricket Communications have been my cell provider for 10 years. For the last 8 months I have been charged for a broadband service which I used for 3-6months, then I decided to stop that service 8 mths ago, because I had no need for it anymore. I have made numerous attemps at getting this done by going to my local store twice, by calling Cricket several times, I spent numerous hours explaining my situation to either managers, escalation teams, name it!!!! I have gone to other headquarters in Phoenix! I will make one very last attempt to resolve this and if this problem does'nt get fixed to my satisfaction then I"ll have no other alternative but to switch to another carrier. I just don't understand how something so simple can't be handled. It's obviously due to either an extraordinarily inefficient and negligent bunch of poeple, or just plain stupidity. So much for appreciation towards a loyal, up to now, client. Let it be known that I also brought them clients in the double digits. Thank you Cricket!* ...less
