Claimant says: I have been a customer of Citibank preferred Card for over 20 years. I had setup my payments through auto-payment linked to my checking account in Bank of America. I lost my job two years ago and worked with Citibank to reduce my payment to $200/month and still keep the auto-payment plan in place. The beginning of this year 2012 the auto-payment plan stopped working and before it was detected it was not working three months had passed. Citibank reported to Equifax I was delinquent for three months and ruined my credit. Citibank does not want to help me and understand what happened. The managers are the most brutal people I have interfaced with and don't even want to help a customer who has done business for over 20+ years.* ...less
