    Claimant says: I have a 3 hour prorated Local usage account. Until recently, my usage has never been over three hours. My latest bill is charging for 12 hours and 17 minutes usage.     Claimant says: Had no help from centurylink. I was told that the modem was received on April 30th NOW they say it has not been received and I have to get the tracking # from ups.
    Called ups they told me if Centurylink sent the label they are the ones that need to get the tracking #.
