Now I got the bill and they are charging me $45 for the hbo etc. Also when I ordered this they told me the price included up to 4 tv's. Now on the bill I am getting charged for 3 receivers that are $6 a piece and I would not even got 4 if I would have known this. I paid the bill for I want good credit. We were Centurylink contomers since 1972. I am ready to cancel it all, what should I do? Also I have been on the phone with both Centurylink and Direct alot this last month and I can't get anywhere. Claimant says: I have a 3 hour prorated Local usage account. Until recently, my usage has never been over three hours. My latest bill is charging for 12 hours and 17 minutes usage. I asked for the numbers called or received that repesented the 12 hours and 17 minutes as was told those numbers are only available through a court order. ????? It seems to me that information should be available to me since I am required to pay for them. I feel this is a scam that the company hoped I wouldn't notice. The company agreed to change my account to a regular usage account which would total less than $25 a month (this months bill is (33.27). I told the customer service person I will not pay for 12 hours and 17 minutes and was told my service would be cut off if I failed to pay it.* ...less

I was told that the modem was received on April 30th NOW they say it has not been received and I have to get the tracking # from ups.Called ups they told me if Centurylink sent the label they are the ones that need to get the tracking #. Would think a company as good and honest as centurylink would know that*

Called in again and made another ticket. please call me 2 techs came out on mon and insulted me telling me trouble was mine and they were just coming out courtsey anyway after 3 and 1/2 hrs they got my wireless to work in the Century link modem and the found the trouble with my slow dsl speed was outside in the xbox where the men had been working 2 months ago. The trouble was just where I told them it would be when I called the first time. They never needed in my house I never needed a new computer. I want the cost of new computer refunded to me and century tel can have it. Pleas call me I need something done about what I went through. I didn't send a payment so they deducted the $33.00 from the amount THEY OWE ME and the statement shows a credit of $99.00.
