    Claimant says: I was a repeat customer of Big Owls for many months spending hundreds of dollars with them. Little things happened at first, but for the most part things where acceptable. However, when I sent him pictures of my muffler showing no work had been performed by his tech Robert Alphonso dropped out of sight. Robert was suppose to add a sleeve to patch a hole in the muffler.
