Claimant says: I bought a brand new Toshiba laptop pc, not refurbished, back in May of 2010, they installed a Trend Antispyware disc that wasn't compatible with my laptop & instead of giving me the original restored discs, they gave me copies that were downloaded, burned or copied. I inquired about those issues when I first had to take my pc back because of viruses & of course they always had a way of getting around my questions. ...more

I'm not a pc genius, but I know that if a company sells a consumer a new product, everything included in that packaging should be new also. Claimant says: When I purchased a new laptop computer in March, as well as set up the wireless for work related reasons, I was advised by Best Buy which is where the wireless was set uyp that I had 30 days to cancel contract, not 14 days. There was alot of mis-leading and I'm ready to return everything do to falsified and misleading contract terms by the Best Buy rep.*
