    Claimant says: I had a bundle with AT&T and had to remove my land lines - fax then land line in May. I lost the bundle and kept Dish and AT&T wireless. I immediately received bills from these 2 companies and immediately started payment on these prior to recieving what was to be a final bill from AT&T.
