I did not EVER agree to contract IN WRITING (or even VERBALLY, as they are claiming). Furthermore, why would the contract end date (DEC '11) change from last month, extended another year when I checked today (DEC 6 '11)--- something fishy is going on, I think!
The tech suggested that I send a receipt to verify that I had paid for the 3G modem at Best Buy OUTRIGHT... I suggested to the tech that I wanted physical evidence that I had agreed to a new contract--- he said that he couldn't come up with any. Why should I be the one to have to prove that I had not signed any contract? I'm the customer--- and they're dicking me over.*” ...Show less »
