Therefore, returns are expected. QVC boasts on live TV that they offer an UNCONDITIONAL 30-day return policy. However, recently my account was closed because they state that I return too many items and cancel too many items. I believe that this is an unfair practice. If they boast an UNCONDITIONAL return policy then they should not make a condition of whether they are making too small of a profit margin on my purchases.
