I realized something was wrong with the design and I went back to th City Furniture store to complain. The salesman showed me another couch and how to make the pillow sit properly. He said I was not pressing down hard enough on the pillow. By the way there were two velcro ribbons attached to no where which was never shown when the bed was demonstrated. My son came to visit, and I pointed out the problem to him. With a great deal of difficulty he found a place to attach them and this made the pillow stay on. The bed was slept on, but unfortunately when he went to close it one of the ribbons tore. We went back to the store again to show them the torn ribbon. They said after much argument and discussion that they would send some one to check the problem, but there would be a $45 charge for this. The nerve of them. They sent me a bad piece of furniture and expect me to pay for them to check it.
