I called him a couple days later and told him the computer was not working. I asked for the manager and told him to give my money back. He said he could not do that but he would put a tech on who would repair it. The tech worked about ten minutes and told me he could not repair it, the computer needed a new modem and he doesn't do that and I just needed to go out and buy a new computer because a new modem would cost too much. I sent the computer out to be fixed. A new modem was installed, my computer works fine now. It only cost me two hundred dollars. I dont think they know how to repair computers
