We also were given the option to leave a message and that they would return our call but have never heard from them.”

Claimant says: "I purschased a maintance agreement from new image compute for two months, cost one hundred and ninety nine dollars. I called in and ask them to repair my computer. A tech came on and started to repair the computer. He worked for forty five minutes. He then told me that I needed these to cds to repair it and I did not not have them so he sent them over night by federal express. The cost was thirty five dollars.
