Claimant says: "I was contacted to refinance my home. They said no problem. Even said what new payment and interest rate would be. New payment was supposed have stared on July 12,2012. Asked for 1500.00 dollars to do filing and so forth. Told me not to make a payment to my already loan. That meant missing May, June payment. Well here it is June and can't get hold of them at all. Will not respond to phone calls or messages. I just want my money back or someone to give me a new loan. I am a single mother and can't afford this run around.”
