Emmanuel Shattuck Hospital had broken their contract. They had inform us they where going to release my brother since 2008 he had not been release through 2016. The patient from the mental hospital had insulted him numerous time. Numerous time he had been threaten by the patients at the mental hospital.
The patient at the mental hospital had broken Jean Vieux arm. The staff had known about the accident. They had contact the family regarding about the injury that taken place at the mental hospital. The staff member had not file any report due to the injury that occur at the mental hospital. They did not done any disciplinary action on the defendant who injured Jean Vieux.
The patient continue due body harm on Jean Vieux, the staff member still have not done any thing to resolve the matter. Numerous time he had reported to the staff member regarding about those injuries that been happening to him. They still did not do nothing to stop the defendant to stop harming Jean Vieux. Who is the vi time to this crime who being occurred to him. Due to the mental hospital employees neglect ant. Jean Vieux been receiving numerous of threat by the patient and numerous time he been body harm by the patient.
He ran toward a safety zone. When the family speak on behalf of Jean Vieux to the Social Worker at the hospital to get his belonging and his money. That he getting pay by Social Security Disability. The Social Worker at the mental hospital inform the family that Jean Vieux been discharge. When they went with him at the hospital to get his belongings and his money
Base upon the conversation that had taken place with the Social Worker with the family.
Upon the arrival the staff member had call the police officer, and numerous staff members where present. They kidnapped Jean Vieux, they insulted him. They falsely imprisonment, also they false arrested him. They illegal over drug him with medications, that cause numerous side effect. His heart had stop for a few second, they revive him again. Another side effect he been having diarrhea and his weight gain become more increase. Some of the medication cause him become very skinny that his appearance show that he had not eaten for months. As a young man who is only 34 year old some of the illegal medication cause him have low sperm count. He had seen a general practice MD doctor had inform the staff the Jean Vieux, should not had been taken those illegal medication. He instructed them to remove Jean Vieux out of those heavy dose medication immediate. While the doctor was not aware the return to given Jean Vieux those illegal medication that was causing numerous side effect that could led to his death grave, once again as a 34 year old young man. Who have a whole future ahead of him, to be something in life. The staff members had put him in patient watch to be watch around the clock. Which that he should not be in patient watch as a person who been victimize at the mental hospital. The staff had not been doing their job to protect Jean Vieux from being abuse fiscally and mentally by the patient at the mental hospital. The staff members been neglecting his concern and his safety where his at. Instead they abuse him and falsely written him up for standing up for his right. When the family speak on behalf of Jean Vieux, regarding about the accident that been happening at the hospital. The Social Worker and the staff member do not pick their phone it goes straight to the voicemail. While the issues still do not get resolve, while Jean Vieux still continue being victimize by the patient at the mental hospital. While Jean Vieux is plead for his safety and he standing up for his righ as much or as little as you want.
