"I got a call from these people, they said they could lower the intrest rate on my credit cards. They took $1,995. Out of one of my credit cards. They sent me a pkg, which I think I was suppose to sign an agreement. I did not, I sent the pkg. back. I still get these calls. And it is a scam, theft, and fraudulent practices. I am really pissed, as I am on a set income and people like this are people with no feelings."

  • In addition to other advice already given, if you have stopped paying your credit cards while relying on this company’s promises, you should reach out to your credit card companies immediately. Let them know that you paid a third party a fee to help you out in this situation, and you feel that you may have been scammed. Sometimes reaching out to them and letting them know your situation can help you in the long run.

  • You started in the right direction in sending a letter. Did you send your letter certify?Sometimes people don't sign for certify letters but this can establish if that they are in the practice of avoiding complaints. Contact your credit card company to see if they can assist you. Also making sure that Western GPS LLC cannot charge your card for anything else. Then I would either file a complaint online to BBB or call (602) 264-1721 BBB for Arizona Office. Apparently there are other complaints regarding Western GPS LLC. If not satified with BBB results then I would consult an affordable legal aid office in Arizona that could help.
