"For 5 out of 6 of the past Tuesdays and Fridays, our postal carrier has not arrived in our neighborhood. (This is a new carrier, and I can cut her some slack; however, two (2) of my payments were late, due to her neglect of her duties.) My name is David H. Hussey, Jr. I reside at 805 E. Genesee St, Tampa, FL 33603. I have tried, on several occasions, to access the official USPS complaint page. However, I typically receive a statement, saying, "This page cannot be displayed," or get an electronic run-around, landing me nowhere! Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated."
