Claimant says:
"I booked a round trip ticket for my 24yr old coming from colorado to kansas city.I paid168.00 round trip. They did not speak to me of luggage. The email they sent me said it was "economy"so looking online under frontier airline it said economy gets 1 free carry on. The email had a link for baggage that also said free carry on. But low & behold it was not. My son had to pay $50 just to carry on his bag. I called LBF Travel to make complaint & he swore to me that in the email the link that told me it was free he says im lying because it could b a charge of up to 100$. I told him my 168.00 fare has turned into 268.00$ just to bring a bag. He insulted me by offering me a $10 refund. These people are not honest and the public should be informed. I feel like i've been taken advantage of. I will never use a 3 rd party again. Although i didnt realize i had!"
