Claimant says:
"On or about March 27, 2014 I went in for a "reverse weave" this is a 2 color frost. I pd $ 65.00 cash upfront. I had a 1 & 1/3" grow out line from my roots that I wanted covered.
I spent almost 4 hrs in the salon being "worked on" and during the final time in front of the mirror I noticed the dark grow out line was still showing & I mentioned this to the woman working on me, she replied "Oh that's normal", well! I knew it wasn't, as I've had many frost highlight jobs in my life, & never had my roots showing afterwards!! I came back to the shop on April 1st 2014 and asked the owner, Kallie for $ 45.00 of my money back so I could go somewhere else & have my hair repaired. She refused a refund, she stated that "all of the workers were independent contractors and responsible for their own refunds". The woman who did my hair was her sister .. so I asked her to just refund me the $45.00 & get it from her sister, but she refused and then totally shocked me by asking loudly in front of 5 or 6 patrons, "How many pills did you take today"? Very disturbing behavior from an owner of a establishment that serves the public! Very Unprofessional and appalling. That was my 1st & last time in there, so this woman did not know me, she had no call to say anything like that.
I do not want further services from K'bella Salon And I do definitely want my $45.00 returned! Refunding me is the right thing to do. The pictures speak for themselves."
