Statement of Claim
"I contacted Mr. Boyer to give me an estimate to insure my home and 3 Automobiles. I gave Mr. Boyer all the information he needed, and on his own, he investigated our home Insurance history ( no claims in 29 years ),our driving record ( no moving violations in more than 5 years ) and a credit rating in the top 20 %. Mr. Boyer sent me 2 E mails, one for the home and the second for the autos ( both E mails are saved in my computer ). I agreed to his offer over the phone and he set 02/24/14 to finalize the deal. This is one week before the expiration date with my previous Insurance Company. When my wife and I met Mr.Boyer in his office on 02/24 he refused to honor his offer without giving any reasons !!Mr Boyer deceived me and my wife by giving us false offer in his E mails of 02/04/14. During these 20 days I stopped contacting other Insurance companies and now I am stuck with my previous Ins. company at a few hundreds $ loss"

  • I sent E mail to Mr Boyer on 3/2 my final offer to pay me $200 which is less than half of my loss of$417 because of his mistake.The time between 2/2when he sent me his quote by E mail and2/24 when I met him to give him the check was long enough for a man with 19 years experience to discover his mistake and gives me ample time to find another favorable quote elsewhere

    "I spoke with Mr. Botros and explained that based on the information received I misquoting his insurance. I also let him know he can change his insurance carrier at anytime and the expiration dates of his policies would not effect him obtaining rates or changing companies. I have been in business for 19 years and try my best to be accurate when quoting rates. I have been awarded by my company the premier agency designation for outstanding customer service. "
