"I am on disability security income and have been paying my withholding according the the tax laws of my state. I have been to court waiving repayment of tax penalties and won. I alone have settleld over 250,000.00 in tax penalties and garnishments and the I.R.S. is not interested in reinstating my monthly income to when i was getting at least 2,084.00 per month in 2010,can you help?"
