Claimant says:
"I went to an orientation for the LPN to RN on line course. I had signed several docments including the contract. I was not explained what i was signing, although i know i should have read before i signed, but I had worked night shift the night before, and also there were several doc to sign. I was NOT informed that there were only 3 days to cancel the program. I was told i had to sign for a loan wth a credit card to pay off the program.Furthermore the spokesman did not make copies of the docs i signed. Tuesday March 4th was orientation I had to have cancelled Friday the 7th. Saturday i had tried to get hold of someone, but did not get a response. I am desperate cancel the program, and solve this matter."
