"We were on vacation and rented 2 cars for the week. When we turned the cars back in, at the airport, there was an $80.00 charge for a late fee on one of the cars. We turned the cars in an hour and fifteen minutes before the deadline. There was no one to complain to at the return cite, and we didn't have time to go to the main desk, as we had to make our flight. When we arrived home we called to attempt to rectify the matter, we were told that is the way it was and it was going to stay that way. ( It was not in a friendly manner.)"
