Claimant says:
"I was told that my buisness logo would be promimately displayed at the LA Fitness gym Andorra PA. Upon inspecting the site I discovered that there were two TV's in the middle of the gym that showed my ad.. One TV had 5 machines facing the screen. The other TV had 2 machines facing it I am in the interior design buisness. My demographic is women. These machines are used by men To date I have spent 700.00 for 6 months. This is false advertizing. Please help me. I am struggling and dont know what to do. I want my money refunded. Sincerely Sherry Jordan"

  • I have a very similar experience. I was told the screens were in a good location near whee people wait for their aerobics and other classes only to find that they are 20 feet off the ground above machines. Who looks up that high while using machine weights.

    Our ad has been up for 7 months ad we have not had one person call or book an appointment who mention our ad.

    I contacted another business who advertises at the same location and they have not had a single call either.

    Foolish me, I should not have trusted the sales person.
