To: The Villages of Wildwood, APM Corporate office too.

Subject: Registering a Complaint
of non fixing teams, to the point of them damaging. The company is not fixing in a timely manner.
Requested: 3 items

1. To set an appointment with Megan as the Corperate Office told me you would be asked to speak to me. I was to speak with you.

2. To set a appointment time for Megan to do a walk through our apartment.

3. To set goals for fixing the apartment fully. Asking promesses to be kept.

4. For both parties to come to a truths with the disputes between us.

Dear Megan,

I have wrote a letter and faxed it to the corporate office. Jasons’ assistant told me She would have you reach out to me to handle this problem. I was told I had to pay my rent by my attorney no matter what was happening. I will pay you my rent today.

I am requesting to resolve these issues. I have been told by the corporate office you believe I said I would start a fire by Jasons’ Wasserbaubr assistant. The speaking of fire around here is your building; the building I am in is not up to code. This could be a fire issue. Anything else is hear say, I would not say anything like that. I have been told I said something out of place either about your employees, or about the company. I am not sure of all the details. I can tell you I have said nothing about anyone, or cussed, screamed, acted out of place in no way to any one. I have been here 10 years; in 3 different apartments, nothing like this has ever been said about me like this in my life. Now that I have kept requesting in writing to fix. All of a sudden I am saying things. All these things are not the subject of me renting here. The subject is fixing while I am renting from you in a timely manner.

There is hear say around here, that a petition has been taken out on me; about my birds. Because there is no pet deposit for birds, I am told. There have been many complaints to try to get the office to make me get rid of my birds. The office gave me the right to have my birds with no deposit 10 years ago, from one lease to the next. Nothing should be changed till my lease is up. I was even moved from 105 to here by your company owning now, with the same rights to today.

We were promised new carpet, every 6 month carpet cleaning, and our old windows to be replaced. Before, we moved in here. We were told this would happen soon within the first month of living here.

Look we have things we have called, talked in person, faxed, showed your maintain team players, researched it, mailed letters, over getting items fixed around here fully. I have not been able to get to you, Megan. I did sending an invoice I got your attention. I have seen no one for fixing the AC unit. I have seen a couple of your guys but they come, leave, job not done. Leave parts over a week now. Some of the problems not fixed here that you were notified to fix has lead to damages needing fixing now too. Some problems have gone on for over a year now.

1. AC Unit defaults heat, cool needs fixing.
2. Sliding door, Hard to pull and push.
3. Kitchen foset leaking
4. Kitchen counter top damage from foset leak.
5. Master bathroom floor damage from old leak, months not fixed. Needs tissue paper holder installed, won’t stay in the holes in the wall.
6. Front door floor now crawling under door pulling up. This is damaging not fixed
7. Other bathroom floor starting by tub just a little, just started 2 weeks ago.
8. Bathroom and kitchen, floors need to be cocked.
9. Tubs the paint is coming off, rough to sit on, shower wall has tub paint all over it, needs to be cleaned off.
10. Windows, and carpet, tanks, bowels, and cabinet in master bathroom has black mold you just painted it, paint washes off mold still there a year later.
11. Carpet needs replacing.
12. Not up to code out side my back area. Could start a fire.
13. Back porch cracking. No light cover over a year.
14. Laundry area, return vent cover screw holes to big..
15. Windows need replacing, latches hard to open.
16. I have asked many times for paint to touch up areas pealed right after the paint job was done. 2 weeks after we moved in it was pealing off. Looks bad. Paint was put on at the wrong temperature this causes this to happen.
17. Sliding door can’t see out of them they need to be gassed.

    We received your e-mail for our meeting request. Our schedule is real busy. We Have 3 days for you. Monday, 10-13-2014, at 5:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M..

    Tuesday, 10-14-2014, at 5:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M..
    Wednesday, 10-15-2014, at 5:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. of this week.

    Sorry the rest of the week is full for us. We both work all day and night with our regular jobs, and our company jobs. If these are not acceptable I can look at next week. The times, will probable be the same.

    We might can schedule you for Saturday, 10-18-2014, at 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M., our lunch break time. We really don't want to take our break time for a meeting.

    If something is canceled during this week. We can schedule you for that time. I will let you know if any other times, or days of this week, are available for us to meet. If any of these days and times are acceptable. Please let us know by phone before noon. My husband will have to make changes in his schedule to make these appointment days, and times.

    Also some things to fix on your list in your letter are not there yet. I just re did your list.

    More; fixing to be added to the list.

    1. Stove, Oven not working properly. Temperature is over 100 degrees higher. It burns everything. Since we moved in, this has been this way. Never cook any more here.

    2. Blinds are dry rotted. Blinds have been gone from the master bedroom and spare bedroom since the first month of living here. These blinds kept on cracking up, and pieces kept falling on the floor. After trying to get new ones, I gave up. No one gave us any blinds. I removed these blinds. I was tried of cleaning up the mess. The kitchen blinds are old, bent up, and don't work right. The blinds in the living room area had a few strips dry rotted on the edges. Looked like someone, replaced the bind strips from the spare room. These blinds where cracking up too. Some blind strips where missing from the spare bed room on the ends. The rest of the blinds in the living room seem to be O.K..

    3. The kitchen has a side piece on the floor under the kitchen cabinet that needs to be glued back on. Been gone, and off about a year now.

    We thank you for your time in this matter to help us with fixing our apartment soon.

    Please remember to call first, before you come to fix. No entry with out us being here. Our alarm system is on all the time. We leave for smoking out side and can not hear the door. We also leave a lot with company business too. We need to schedule these work orders to be done here by appointment times. Only 2 phone numbers to call.
