My name is john linsky and I reside in west virginia, on the first week of august I got on puppyfind.com looking for a west highlander puppy. after calling some breeders / sellers and decided to purchase a puppy from tammy hallock / firstname.lastname@example.org. This is after speaking on the phone and via email making sure of the puppy's health, guarantee of health and warrenty along with the delivery from florida to west virginia. tammy guaranteed one year and health certificate shots and worming was done. tammy and i made plans to fly the puppy from florida to west virginia on aug. 17th 2 weeks after plans because the puppy was under six weeks and not yet weaned from his mother. when we got him home he seemed somwhat healthy but cried a lot and didn't have much appetite, drank lots of water but seemed fine until aug.25th he was very sick vomiting, diarrhea, .mom took him to vet on 27th . Enlarged liver and kidney showed up on xray and liver not functioning properly in his blood work. The vet gave him 2 shots and iv and sent him home. well he didn't get any better but only worse and we took him back on wed 29th the vet xrayed his insides again and and said their was nothing they could do cause of enlarged liver / kidney and we had to put the poor little fella asleep on aug . 30th we were absolutly surprised and saddend not to mention shocked over this . Our vet told us this was most likely genetics and born like that. I contacted tammy and told her during his sickness but when I told her we had to put him down she was in disbelief so i had my vet to call and explaine to her she didn't believe the vet either. she said she had no money to repay us but, so would send another puppy from a different breed so we agreed to that on the terms that we would send more money for plane ticket. she put me off until monday sept 3rd said she had to tell her husband. I called mon and no answer all day . I finally got ahold of tammy on tuesday and then put me off again saying she hadn't told her husband . tammy went back on her word and I feel wronged, cheated ,scamed and lied to .tammy still refuses my call and emails .could you please help with this issue. she received a total of 1310.00 dollars 950.00 for the puppy and 360.00 for plane fare and then she wanted 400.00 more for the sending of other puppy.

PeopleClaim.com is a member-supported online dispute resolution system designed
to settle most common disputes quickly and efficiently—without mediation, arbitration,
or litigation. We provide a secure, confidential negotiation channel where both
sides can review facts, communicate with each other, propose terms, make counter-offers,
and reach resolution. Both parties control their side of the process and avoid the
uncertain outcome and costliness of legal action. PeopleClaim.com is a facilitating
channel: we take neither side in disputes and do not involve ourselves in any aspect
of negotiation between parties. We are supported by member dues and non-member use
fees, rather than sponsorship or advertising.
There are four steps to the PeopleClaim system: 1) Stating your complaint; 2) Making
a claim; 3) Negotiating Terms; 4) Settlement. We help you at every step of the process,
providing smart features that make your case understandable and actionable. A clear
statement of your complaint allows the other party to identify you and your problem,
and respond in an appropriate and timely way. Transforming your complaint into a
claim means establishing terms of settlement that can be acted on by the other party.
We help you organize and present your terms to encourage response and action. PeopleClaim’s
secure online channel lets you and the other party negotiate terms in confidence.
Our automated email system tracks progress, advising both sides of changes in terms,
revised offers, and any other claim-related activity. This helps the negotiation
proceed smoothly with minimum time slippage. Settlement occurs when either side
accepts an offer. Generally speaking, when executed by both sides, the PeopleClaim
online Agreement is considered a legally binding contract.
Remember, we provide a channel and structure but we stay out of your business. The
substance and outcome of your claim is entirely up to you and the other party.
There are many possibilities. We designed PeopleClaim to be affordable enough to
be used for common consumer complaints, but powerful enough to handle larger disputes.
Disagreements with retailers, product defects, and poor service of all kinds are
common claim types. But you could also use PeopleClaim to deal with problems between
individuals, or to register a complaint in a public advocacy cause. The mechanism
of stating a complaint and filing a claim is applicable to a wide variety of situations,
and we expect claimants will be inventive in their use of the system. Naturally,
in complex and large-stakes matters, or where a party is looking to establish legal
precedent, there is no substitute for professional counsel. If you think your problem
may be too big or too difficult to resolve via one-to-one online negotiation, or
have any doubts about PeopleClaim’s applicability, you should ask a lawyer.
