Claimant says:
"I moved out from Silverado Apartments on June 26, 2014 and left my apartment immaculately clean. I could not clean under the washer and dryer because they were still in place. So....I will agree on the $10 charge. But other than that, I more than deserve most of my deposit back. I had to email and call numerous times to finally receive a statement. I finally received a Move-out Statement on 8/13/14. It states I owe them $2.74 or they will report me to the Credit Bureau in 30 days. The charges are incorrect. They said I did not pay back utility charges from March and April. These charges are included in the rent, so there's no way I could not of paid them. I should receive a minimum of $40.35 from my deposit because these are "bogas" charges that I paid in the past months' rent; but actually $90 minus $10 because I couldn't clean under the W/D."
