Claimant says:
"In June 2014, I agreed to help Sean Martinez to purchase a new car as a co-signer. He got the car. 3 weeks later I discovered I am the sole owner of this car and the loan is entirely in my name. I asked him to change this situation as soon as possible: get the car and the loan in his own name.
He has been using this car for 3 months now and nothing changed. I have been noticed by the DMV that the registration is going to be suspended because there is no insurance. I got several phone calls from the bank (loan) and a letter of collection because no payment has been made. I sent him in time the loan statements he but he never responded and he refuses to pay. He's still probably using the car.
I ask:
- Make the late payments now to the bank: the balance today is $1,219.36
- Send me notarize statement that you are the responsible party and add the following:

- Details of the loan: bank, account number
- Car details with license number (7GKY334)
- you'll find a solution to get the ownership in the next 3-6 months,
- you have a full insurance coverage and give a copy to the DMV,
- you'll pay the DMV registration,
- you'll make every payment on time (as long as the loan is in my name).

As soon as it is done, I'll give plates, sticker and registration the DMV sent to me several weeks ago."
