"I was in the internet and Dr. OZ had a product called Pure Forskolin so I clicked on it and thought i would order this pill that Dr. OZ said make you lose wright; but when i finished my
order said I could order 1 bottle for $24.98 but they would send me 2 bottles for this price so
i did; but when i was getting out of it, it would not let me out of it a large blue arrow pointing down with $99.00 on it and there was no way to get out of it, the only way I would get out of it was to x's the internet and they doubled this $99.00 and took out $198.00 out of my bank bank account. The fraud department of the Bank got hold of them and they said when I got the order return the pills and they would refund my money. I have called them and they refused because I didn't have a tracking, my Order #is 4964982 and customer#
is 4794354."

  • The same thing happened to me. I argued with the Customer Service and Customer Returns people and finally agreed to pay the $5.98 restocking fee plus return shipping plus the fee to the post office to make sure they document receipt of the package. Probably going to cost me $45.00 which I should not have to pay. I'm calling the Credit Card Company and refusing to pay.

  • I've had similar problems with charging things to a credit card, but the credit card company sides with the consumer, not the company. Keep after your bank to help you, they probably don't want to lose you as a customer.
