Claimant says:
"Purchased a pond on April 4, 2014 and paid cash ($2,000.00) and they installed the pond in
the first or second week of May. Two weeks later, pond needed water added every day.
Called the business and they sent someone to fix problem. At that time was just losing
water and they moved the stones around and said that was the problem. Two weeks
later the pond quit working. Have been calling every Monday since, and still no response
The company said they are behind because of the weather, I feel it should not take this
long to solve problem. Last call, the gentleman checked their list and said I was not
on the list. The company was quick to come to make purchase , but once they got
my money they don't give good customer service."
