"I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT AT THIS CLINIC FOR OVER 15 YEARS. APPROX TWO YEARS AGO I OPTIED FOR MINI DENTAL IMPLANTS BECAUSE I HAD PROBLEMS WITH DENTURES FITTING CORRECTLY. I WAS ASSURED BY SASHA MAHABIR THAT I WOULD BE PLEASED AND I PROCEEDED WITH THIS PAINFUL AND HAPHAZARD OPERATION. IF DR. S. MAHABIR MADE A MISTAKE AND DID NOT ATTACH THE PIN CORRECTLY IT BECAME MY FAULT BECAUSE I DID NOT BRUSH CORRECTLY WITH THE $130.00 ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH OR THE $98.00 WATERPIK. IF THE MINI DENTURES DID NOT FIT CORRECTLY IT WAS BECAUSE I DID NOT WEAR THEM OFTEN ENOUGH. AT ONE TIME I NEEDED A ROOT CANAL DONE ON A TOOTH. I WAS TOLD I NEEDED A $600.00 CROWN ON THIS TOOTH. I WENT TO GET A SECOND OPINION AND WAS TOLD THAT THE TOOTH DID NOT HAVE THE PERMANENT MATERIAL AND I DID NOT NEED OR GET A CROWN FOR A NON PERMANENT SHELL OF A TOOTH. WTHIN THIS TWO YEAR PERIOD OF TIME I HAVE HAD TO TRAVEL FIFTEEN MILES TO THE OFFICE ONLY TO SIT AND HAVE THE ASSISTANT TELL ME TO RETURN AT ANOTHER TIME. I HAVE SPENT ALL OF MY MONEY(OVER $4,700.00) IN LESS THAN THREE YEARS TRYING TO DO WHAT ALL HUMANIODS WISH TO DO, "CHEW". ABOUT A YEAR AGO ONE OF THE IMPLANTS ALONG WITH TWO ATTACHMENTS, FELL OUT AND DOWN THE DRAIN AND DR. S. MAHABIR PROMISE TO CORRECT THE MISTAKE. NOW HE REFUSES TO ANSWER MY CALLS TO COME INTO THE OFFICE. I AM 68 YEARS OF AGE AND HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH ARROGANCE IN A YOUNG ADULT."
