Claimant says:
"In March of 2013 a Maurice Sayles came into my business and wanted me to change credit card processors. He took a look at several months of statements and said he could save me around $150.00 monthly. I told him I was interested in the service but under no circumstances did I want to lease any equipment as I owned my own. He told me that his company gives you the updated equipment that is PCI compliant. He also pointed out on the paperwork before I signed it that the equipment lease amount was 0. One month later I find out that the one page that the contract I signed was actually about 28 pages. I never saw them and the fact that there was a 28 page contract was never disclosed to me. Also I get at least 6 rude phone calls a day where I am threatened if I don't give them money over the phone. I have been yelled at and harassed for 1 year. This company is all over the internet for doing this to hundreds of people. I have been lied to and am being charged $15,000 plus interest for 1 $350.00 credit card machine. This companies practice has got to be stopped. They prey on small businesses."
